I stumbled across this company's site. I am a scientist and need to keep copious notes on all my work. I started using black paper notebooks years ago as I have PTSD and the black paper is very soothing to look at. It actually helped my anxiety significantly. However, what I really wanted to say is that this is the *BEST* quality black paper I have seen in a notebook up to this point. Ive used them all. Downside is that the books are expensive and if you live in the US as I do, it is $$$$ to ship. The paper is 120 gsm but there is a finish to the paper that is unique. As a result, not only is it a unique paper - it produces the best writing results I have had with every one of my gel pens. The lines come out crisp and clean and color vibrant. I hope at some point shipping can come down but they are still worth the extra cash. Bravo - your company got it right!

This notebook is just what I was looking for. Good quality black dotgrid. It’s a good thickness and my gel pens look fabulous against the black paper.

Quite a slim volume for the price but my son is pleased with it

The paper is super thick and I really love the quality!! Honestly, it's so good and aesthetic! also very useful since you can use it for drawing, journaling, and also making wireframes, which I also do a lot.
